Betweded Properties was founded in 2019 to solve a critical gap in Ethiopia's rapidly growing hospitality market: the lack of professional, transparent, and technology-driven property management services for investors. As Addis Ababa emerged as a hub for African Union diplomacy, international conferences, and a booming diaspora tourism market, many local and international property owners found themselves sitting on valuable real estate assets without the operational expertise to monetize them effectively. Betweded stepped in with a full-service management model inspired by global hospitality standards but deeply rooted in local market knowledge. The name 'Betweded' -- an Amharic title of honor and trust -- reflects the company's core promise: to treat every owner's property with the same care and dedication as if it were our own. From a single guest house in the Bole district, Betweded has grown to manage over 35 properties across Addis Ababa, serving tourists from over 20 countries, diaspora families returning home, NGO workers, and long-term expatriate residents.
